A Multidisciplinary Team Started It All
Drop Pin was envisioned as an answer to common field service problems: insufficient onboarding, the disconnect between organization and customer, and outdated processes. Three complementary experiences worked together to lay the company’s foundation: rigging, project management, and technology. We have serviced over ten thousand locations since.
A similar approach is taken with our workforce. We select field technicians with varied qualifications and skills. Our current team has backgrounds in: military, electrical, OSHA, engineering, security, construction, and mechanics. Each is a resource for a customer’s specific objective.

Field and facilities services are documented on Drop Pin Tech, our in-house field service management technology that lets us quickly respond to and resolve field service calls, manage our workforce, view real time progress, and keep our clients updated. It unites customers, connected devices, dispatchers and field technicians into one service platform to deliver a seamless experience from request to completion.
It empowers our workforce with access to job schedules, product inventory and training literature, allowing them to deliver smart and productive onsite service.
But no technology based solution is worth employing if it does not enhance the client experience. Clients have a secure, online visual record of every location we’ve visited.

Field work and onsite service requires the coordination of all people, places and things. So the disciplines of project and logistics management are applied to every job, no matter the size. Our dedicated projects team ensures that equipment and people are where they need to be when they need to be there.
